ONLINE

For clients who can not make it to the studio due to scheduling and/or distance, online programs are available. These are offered as month to month programs, but first time clients are obligated to an 8 week commitment. Online clients are treated as any other client. Daily communication is encouraged, along with weekly check-ins. Nutrition and workouts will be adjusted on a need-be basis. Each week we will reassess your progress and make any necessary changes to the program to assure we are being as productive as possible. Workout demo videos can be sent if needed, and no client will be given anything out of their current level of fitness. I strive to teach balance in nutrition and help create a lifestyle. We are making healthy permanent changes, there will be no crash diet approaches. Everything is personalized for the client individually as every personal training program should be. 


ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

The most effective and personal way to train. One-on-One training guarantees an hour only to YOU.  All attention and focus is on the client and their wants/needs. Full workout and nutrition support is included inside and outside of your workout sessions. 



 COMPETITOR PLANS

Clients are offered 12, 16, 20, and 24 week contest prep plans. Individuals enrolling in a contest prep or offseason plan can pay month to month, or when paying upfront they will pay a discounted rate. All clients will have full communication access, and full nutrition and training support. Plans will change on a need so basis.
