“ Greg and I began working together about two and a half years ago. When I initially came to him for help, it was for him to help me with preparing for my first Bodybuilding competition. “ Get ready to feel pain in areas you didn’t even know existed. I like to refer to my workouts with Greg as “torture sessions”. I have yet to be able to sit on the toilet post leg day, and I struggle to use my arms for anything post upper body days. When I first met Greg I told him I needed someone to push me to limits that I couldn’t push myself. He has succeeded in that GREATLY. Not only are my workouts constantly challenging me to levels I never thought I could get to, he also changes things up so you’re never bored with anything he throws at you.
